I know how scary it is to chase your dreams.

I know that at the time you decide to go all-in and take the plunge and trust in yourself. Is the exact same time that your inner critic, inner thoughts, self-sabotage and negative self-talk fully come out to play.

But you have those dreams for a reason.

So many of us don’t pursue our dreams because we allow our inner negative voice to control and direct our decisions. We trust them and believe that is the safest, best option.

Of course it is important to listen to the inner critic as they are just the part of you that is longing for love and acknowledgement. BUT do not let it rule your life. Once you learn to control your mindset and see the positive, suddenly you will be able to achieve your biggest dreams.

So here are 6 things to remember when chasing your dreams….

(just think of these as a little nudge from me to you when you need it most)

  1. You are an action-taker.

2. You are in control of your choices.

3. The universe 100% has your back.

4. It is time to speak your truth.

5. You need to work out what you want. Then go and get it.

6. It can feel lonely. But you are 100% not alone.

Do not let fear, negativity and judgement rule your life.
